Terri Foster

Terri Foster came to Somerset County with her husband, Pastor Glenn, in 1998. She has been actively preaching and presiding, with authorization by the Synodical Bishop, since the formation of the four-congregation Mountain Saints cooperative. She holds a Master of Arts in Religion and a Master of Divinity degree from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia.

Terri's "weekday job" is as a librarian, the Library Director of the Meyersdale Public Library.
